Chair Yoga. Location is Patricia Rimmer’s home where there will be 30 min. of YouTube instructor-led session and possibly a short Body Groove session to get our hearts pumping afterwards. Once the active session is over, there is time for tea, coffee and a healthy breakfast snack. Feel free to bring your own drink or snack if you are on a restricted diet. Call the VCC office for how to RSVP.
