There are a few ways to join Villages Clark County:
Community members and supporters are individuals who support the organization by attending village activities and events. Neighbors, businesses, churches and community organizations and donors are all members of our village community.
Full membership. Full membership is available to seniors and disabled adults over the age of 18 who meet the membership criteria, complete the application form and membership agreement and pay the membership fees. A team of two volunteers visits the potential member in their home to help determine if the village is the right fit for them.
Full membership is primarily for seniors who have lost their support system, have limited resources, or just need a little help from their neighbors (volunteers) to stay in their homes. Members often need a ride to a doctor’s appointment, light housework or yard work, companion visits, help with minor home repairs, and more.
Members receive assistance that may include up to three rides a week and two in-home visits per week, plus attendance at all membership events and social activities.
One call does it all. We want seniors to maintain their confidence in their decision to stay in their home by providing a support system for them. This support system includes our “One Call Does It All” service. Seniors can call our number and we will help them as well as put them in touch with other community resources.
Membership fees are maintained as inexpensively and affordably as possible. Membership fees help support our volunteers by offsetting the costs for training our drivers, maintaining our website, virtual office, insurance, publicity and more. Full membership for an individual is $50 a month (includes processing fee), or $540 a year if paid annually. For seniors living on a limited income the membership fee can be as low as $9/month. Associate (or social) membership is available to anyone who is looking for new social activities and events, a way to meet new friends and socialize with them. Associate members are often individuals who don’t need services every month but want to support the organization and socialize.

Accidents, illness, injury and surgery can catch any of us off guard. Need a little help with picking up a prescription, pet care, groceries, a ride while you recover? Four services a year are included plus you can upgrade to full services for one month if you need some temporary help. $25 a month gets you new friends to socialize with, plus the comfort of knowing you have additional support for a little short-term help to fill in the gap if you are a bit “under the weather.”
