Today, two adventuresome ladies joined the first of our monthly walks “FreshAir, Friends and ReFreshment”. We were blessed by clearing sky and sunshine. We visited Pearson Air Museum – Betty admired the wooden airplane propellers on the old time bi-planes. There is a wonderful exhibit a model of the Spruce Mill that prepared local wood for airplane and then ship building for the war(s) military effort. We peeked in at the O.O. Howard House, before continuing onto the Marshall House. Ramona joined our tour by a friendly docent and finally we had a delicious lunch at the Grant House where Barbara met us. So much fun. Sorry you missed us.
February 27th, 09- noon, join us for a visit to the Clark County Historical Museum and a public art walk in downtown Vancouver. Look for details in ‘Events’
