Fri, May 18 @ 9:30 am PDT

Village Clark County (VCC) Friends Walk on the Kiwa Trail at the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge

May 18th, 2018

We’ll meet at 9:30am in the Salmon Creek Park & Ride (SW corner of the parking lot)

1112 NE 136th St, Vancouver, WA 98685

We can carpool to the Refuge.

The Kiwa Trail is a 1.2-mile loop trail and the path is compacted gravel. The trail passes through an understory of Oregon ash trees and between open wetland areas.

There is a $3 per car entrance fee. Be sure to bring any Federal National Lands entrance pass if you have one, to get in for free.

If raining we’ll take the Auto Tour around the lake. Bring binoculars for spotting birds.
